Very cute umbrella, nice child can see through it. Nice small size for little ones to handle. A little dusty initially, guess from the warehouse. Since umbrella made of plastic, made sure it was good and warm at household temperature before slowly opening it in stages to allow plastic to adapt - likely has been closed a good while. Also had large sticker directly on the umbrella that left residue. Was afraid to use anything strong on plastic, so thinking of how oily peanut butter gets gum out of kids' hair I applied a little coconut oil to the residue for 5 minutes. The adhesive lifted right off and the oil was easy to get rid of with a little mild dish detergent.
Anyway, my 3 year old granddaughter loved her birthday gift and tried it out happily in recent downpours.
Took 1 star off only because of clean up required to get it ready.
